工種同日數Trades and days
六項工種，連典型日數。店主喺「網站資料」改標題同一行說明，唔使開頁面編輯器。Six trades with typical days. The site editor changes title + one line in Site details — never the page editor.
- 全屋翻新 Whole-flat reno
- 350–550 呎 3 房：拆改、地磚、廚廁、油油。通常 5–7 週（連訂料）。
- 廚房廁所 Kitchen replacement
- 拆舊柜到新柜入伙。大圍標準 50–70 呎廚房 8–12 日。
- 廁所翻新 Bathroom
- 連去水同防水，連工包料 10–14 日；唔包重新申請喉位。
- 防水 Leak repair
- 外牆批盪或廁所原位補漏。白石樓齡單位多數 3–5 日開工。
- 窗同冷氣位 Windows & A/C opening
- 換鋁窗或開冷氣位，要睇大廈通告；開工 1–3 日。
- 小型工程 Small works
- 拆牆、補地台、改門位，按紙報；多數兩日內排期。
